As a result of the announcement today, March 12th, 2020, by An Taoiseach, that schools will close for two weeks, we have cancelled our upcoming Athena Tracker workshops and free information sessions.
In place of this we will be setting schools up remotely and running free information sessions via webinar over the next two weeks. To sign up to a remote set up, please complete this form. To sign up for a free information session via webinar, please complete this form.
Individual School Remote Set Up
How will the remote session work?
The remote session will take about 1 hour and will be a mixture of us guiding you through the process of setting up your school or taking control of your screen to assist you where necessary.
What will I need for this remote session?
To complete the remote session, you will need access to your administrative system (VSWare, Compass, E-portal or SIMS) with secretarial rights. You will also need a good internet connection.
What happens afterward?
You and any other member of staff (where invited) can use the software for 2 weeks before deciding whether the school will go ahead with it. This 2 week trial will only begin when schools have re-opened.
Is there a cost?
The usual cost of €150 (including VAT) applies to this remote set-up. If you go ahead with the subscription, the cost of the workshop will come off the price of the subscription. This cost also entitles you to attend one of our full day workshops in the future. Given the current circumstances, we will not expect this cost to be paid in advance.
